Title: Breisch Duplex Steam Pump
Post by: Rod999 on February 10, 2020, 10:51:26 PM
I won't be posting a build thread but just show some of the work involved, it might be a little slow, but with any luck it will pump someday~  This is boring the steam cylinder~

 :)

Rod how did you decide to make sure you got the spacing between the bores on both the steam cylinders and the water pumping cyclinders identical?

I did the pump end in the horizontal mill with a DRO reading to a tenth, but it's too hard to see what's going on with that set-up. This above photo is a P&W 1E jig borer reads to a tenth and I squared the set-up down to a tenth before clamping.
