Is there a source of copper tubing that is smaller than 1/8" dia. in Nth America?
-
Internal or external diameter?
And what were you hoping to pass through it? (Governs if it is practical to use it)

Here, Switzerland, I can get 1mm bore 2mm outside diameter that I was looking at for the injector piping when I eventually get round to building my diesel. If you can't find anything in the US I will buy some and put a bit in an envelope and send it to you.

This stuff is usually available at most model shops - good selection all round

I've used their copper tube down to 1/16 - very malleable

They make small diameter tubing for syringe needles (http://www.hamiltoncompany.com/products/syringes/c/728/) in various sizes. I haven't tried to order any. I think it's all stainless though.

Thanks again all for helping me out.
The PMR site is most helpful as they have the nuts and ferrules also.
I have tried to find some K&S locally, but most hobby shops have brass and aluminum tubing.

Pat,
For future reference, for very small diameter copper tubing, look for "capillary tubing" as used in HVAC control systems. This is available from any decent HVAC supplier in small increment ODs from 0.070" to 0.190" (or the Metric equivalent.) Normally packed in 100ft coils, which is a lot, but a local HVAC/Mechanical controls contractor may snip you off a piece. One listing I saw offered 0.090" and 0.100" ODs.

Thanks Harry, I can try that avenue too.
