If you're looking for wheels and other parts for this simple yet very useful belt sander, you've probably found that parts are blasted expensive!.....
I found this guy on Ebay. Brand new wheels and other parts
http://www.ebay.com/itm/DELTA-ROCKWELL-1-BELT-SANDER-GRINDER-IDLER-WHEELS-/152466755721?hash=item237fba1089:m:mIAgX2keOO25IFqws97Xa3A
Prices are reasonable considering what this machine is going for these days.
I just installed a full set of five wheels with bearings onto my old Delta ( formerly Ray Hasbrouck's) where the tires were all dry rotted and crumbling
Fit was great and easy to do. Good stuff
Usual disclaimer...

That old Delta has to be the best of the 1x42s. The newer ones have a fixed upper arm and a guard that won't come off... useless!!! The ability to put the belt through a closed slot has saved my butt countless times, and the ability to get a hard or soft belt above the platen is wonderful...

Agree that the 1" x 42 " delta is a great sander , I made my replacement wheels out of Aluminum.

Wow.............if I just those wheels..............I would have a replacements for my Delta Rockwell 1" belt sander............if I just had a Delta Rockwell 1" belt sander! OK in spite of my corny joke, I would love to have one. I remember them from years ago, but couldn't figure out, at the time, why I would need one. Oh Well........ "20/20 hindsight again"!

Well, that's not to hard a design to build. Could be made of metal or wood....

Yup...but it doesn't let you loop inside a hole thou.

Last page of the manual describes it. If you have to sand inside a hole, this is the rig to do it with.
The clock guys love this sander...
