Nice fit and finish and a beautiful engine. We do need a video to be put in the show case. Congrats on your achievement...

That's awesome Kevin!  very nice.  Thanks for sharing.
Did you find any errors with the prints that might save us some time if we build this?
Did you use the metric, or the imperial?
Thanks

Hi All  i ran it before i painted it and forgot video it , i have to finish the pipe work  off as the intake is at each end and will post when done.
The paint was enamel paint from Halfords and i was very pleased  ( Racing Green  &  Workshop Red) the drawings was the Metric set from JULIUS  the only problem I  I had was a missing dimension, Julius posted  an updated version  with reference to the Cylinder head was fabricated in 5  bits of steel screwed and dowels.

 Thanks for the comments  Kevin

Excellent  :praise2:  :praise2:  :wine1:

Is that one of the 'no dead centre' designs?
Best regards

A truly excellent result Kevin, one to be proud of for certain   With just one error found that's some testament to Julius  too  :)

As an aside did you use any JB Weld in construction of the cylinder head or did you solder it?

Also  the head was put together with cap screws and dowels , it was tricky planning all the holes  so they missed  the rotary valves  and other important bits

I'm a firm believer in JB Weld Kevin (as one or two on here might confirm  ;D)

Personally, if it's used right I think it's a truly useful aid in ME techniques and especially so if fabricating. On my latest build I'm also using it instead of silver solder to deal with the pipe work - building it up in situ as opposed to having to make a fixture to hold things if were soldered.
