You can download the two construction articles that appeared in Model Engineer ( the dimensions are there)or the plans are on Ebay  and are available from Hemingways.

Would you like to introduce yourself to the members Rich.

A quick Google search found the seal article: https://www.model-engineer.co.uk/sites/7/documents/etw-seal-pt1.pdf it provides all of the individual parts ad their dimensions

Jason has pointed you to the original plans, the carb is a separate drawing to purchase. My link is to the Model Engineer Article which includes the carb and manifold  ;)

The Sarik link is for the two sheets so you get the carb etc so nothing more to buy.

As the OP's original problem was reading the copy he has then as I said the Sarik ones are a lot clearer than the ME article and also have more details and are not quite the same so possibly have corrections that were not in the original article..

Second one is taken from a drawing but before Sarik took over, I would expect the same or better quality now.

A lot of the articles that are in pdf form on the ME website were done early on and are not of a very good quality particularly when it comes to reading the drawings, text is not so bad.
