Good to hear that the gear is on the way.

In my Kiwi kit, half way through the build I found out that one of the gears had the wrong dimensions which they promptly replaced.

I had the same problem trying to identify which bar stock is meant for which item and just gave up as I was building it to metric dimensions and most of the bar stock that came with the kit is still in the box.
