I would like to introduce myself in this forum.
My name is Bruno Mueller,
I come from Germany and live near Bingen on the Rhine.

I am 62 years old and have been involved in model making since my early youth.
Especially live steam machines.

In the summertime I am very often on the road with my motorcycle "Moto Guzzi California".

Professionally, I learned in early youth the profession of a machine fitter. I did not practice this profession for too long. Until my retirement I was employed in various functions in a prison.
Since 2 years I am retired.

In my workshop I have already built many steam engine models. For nearly 30 years I have been building a model of a Prussian Tenderlock T3. Some machine tools and jigs I built for the work in my workshop.

The last big project was the refurbishment and addition of a lathe from the Bosch company.
This machine was made for the Federal German Army in 1963.

It is the journey that matters, not the destination

Sometimes, it can be a long and winding road

Bruno,
Welcome to the group. I also have a bike, mine is a 1976 R90S In Daytona orange color scheme. Apparently I don't have a picture of it though.

Ohh, this is another one of the good machines.

Today's machines from the company are actually not worth their money.
There are many breakdowns and repairs.
What the company does well is marketing.
