I'd suggest the shutter drops down to expose the port for this one as any residual pressure should go upwards and away from the flame.

Shutter completed, bracket on and a quick exhaust valve cut from a sheet of plate and I have a Pair of Ducks CHUKS  ;D

Initial testing proved that the engine gets hot if you point a flame at it. Next time I will try to remember to do the timing as well  :lolb:
