Hi Guys
I have the day off today and am having a play with this dissy thingy lol
The shaft length is not sorted as yet and the rotor has no contacts, I'm thinking a simple bit of brass glued into a shallow cut.
but as always I'm open to ideas or suggestions.
One day I will get around to redoing all the pics on this post  :old:

I use .010 phosphor bronze sheet. It's springy and can be curved up to contact the center post. When mounting the cap I just put a tiny dab of grease on it.

I have not been able to find anything since I moved here.
The only help I could find to move my stuff was the town drunk lol
for a hundred a day he would have carried the lathe on his back but not sober hahaha
