BANDSAW JIG

Hi

Thought I might show you this quick and dirty jig I made years ago for holding awkward shaped parts or holding parts at an angle

A bit of 6mm ally plate has a series of random holes drilled and tapped 6mm



The ally plate is screwed to a block of wood



The next photos show the jig in use







I can use the clamps from my X1 mill

That's spot on, easy to make and makes the horizontal bandsaw so much more useful.  That's another item I've seen here that I shall need to copy!

Oh NOOOOOOO!

Yet another mod to my bandsaw! That’s 2 now.......thanks Rich! Great idea!

The other is a hydraulic downfeed control, I got all the material prior to hoilday the that W..K thing cut in & the virus attack, with the exception of the orings! Ah well it will happen.
