Hello all! I am a recently retired electronics tech. I have a small lahe and mill. My first engine is a double acting wobbler, inspired by engines I have seen on youtube, with acetal for reduced friction at rotary and sliding surfaces. It will run on about 3PSI air. It runs clean, no oil needed.
I am going to try a piston valve on my next engine.Valvr lap and eccentric throw will be adjustable to allow trial and error optimization. Msybe a boiler will be the project after that.
I use olive oil when cutting steel and isopropyl alcohol on aluminum. Anchorlube works great too.
