The cool thing about that unit is you can thread the belt inside the part
It would have to be a large part to span the back part of the machine - I have a similar one, the span is around 8 or 9 inches back to the rear part of the belt tensioner.
Or is there some other method you use?


No no no   ill set it up for ID and take a picture
Looking forward to seeing how, would be a handy trick.

Oh, now thats downright sneaky how they move the idler wheel!! I like it!

When I rebuilt it, I added and extra idler.  I can swap over in about 20 seconds....the extra idler just stays put.

I got new pulleys and wheels on Ebay....it was about $100 but I spent it because the new ones won't do this.
