That is not a workshop, more like a palace!!  Well done, i am very envious of you!!
When i established mine in the corner of a double garage i left space for a car which had now never been stored in there. A wrong decision that i have had to live with.

Thanks for the compliments guys. It has taken waiting 55 years to finally have a nice place to work. As a 15 year old my dream was to have a well fitted out 8 x 4 garden shed when I lived in in England. My current workshop is a sanctuary for me, and as I continue to work I notice things to improve how I use the space and so it evolves.

Whereabouts in England did you live Mike?
An engineer at heart but not in practice, yet.

Absolutely fabulous!   A great re-work of your shop to suit evolving needs. I like your lathe mounting...seems higher than a standard lathe cabinet., I may try and lift my Atlas and save leaning over so much. :old:       Are ALL those drawers full? :o        Best Wishes      Terry

You have a really nice shop! And drawers! Never have too many. The other day during a long cut on my cnc I got to looking around my shop and thought how many drawers I have. So I counted them...314. And that's not counting my Kennedy top and bottom toolbox or three machinists chests.
