the system is a Cochran boiler, many things are according to my drawings....

You can attach 8, but if you embed the photos as links from a hosting site, you can do as many as you want.

Hi Pavel.......we see your 4 bolt and 5 bolt flat-faced rising spindle valves [we have spoken before]

For my gaskets, I am using a course grained paper, soaked in salt water + dye........the result is a 0.33mm thick and absolutely rigid before stamping the hole pattern

This 0.33mm thickness at a scale of 1:20 = ~~ 6.6mm thick gasket which is too thick & totally out of scale, but so far it has been suitable for 3 Bar steam and the same 3 Bar for make-up water.......

I have used gasket paper of ~~0.15mm thick, but found it too fragile to use.... :thinking:

My question is 'what thickness flange gasket material, and type of fibre paper are you using?'.....
