I would have thought so, I expect many were done on a Myford with a vertical slide for milling. The two cylinders are separate castings so not too big to bore in the 4-jaw and the flywheel is not massive as it's a marine engine. Largest parts for milling would be the bed and standards but should be within what your machine can do.
Best bet woul dbe to get the drawings from Blackgates and have a look through them first.
