I had the pleasure of being able to meet and chat with Chuck at one of the Oregon Gears shows.
My condolences to his family and friends.

Very sad to learn of the passing of this gentleman.   As all have said , he will be greatly missed.  My condolences to his family .

Though not unexpected, it is still sad news and I can't put it better than previously said above .... we will all miss him, but not as bad as his family  :'(

I'm very sorry to hear this. When I started this hobby and joined this forum, he was one of the first to welcome me. I've always enjoyed his work.
He had a great smile.
Very sad.
