air powered hit and miss motor

Hullo, can anyone tell me the length of sliding piston and exhaust valve spring  in the plans of air hit and miss motor by Brian Rupnow, have downloaded plans but has no specs on  this valve. thank you spanner

The sliding valve is .400 long, and the spring is about 1 1/2" long.
I got my spring from the Harbor Freight spring assortment, but they do break after a day or so of running - so keep spares!
Good luck on your build. Mine was a great addition to my collection.

It has been 10 years since I built my Webster, and I no longer have the cad files. I do however, have the files which are available for download. If you can post the drawing you have questions about, I may be able to help you.---Brian
