This August, 1-4th, the Finger Lakes Liver Steamers group is holding their 50th anniversary event at thier club in upstate NY. You must pre-register to attend, but its well worth the $25 ($20 till end of February) for admission and benefits for the 4 days. Their website:

Nice club, some great track (Gauge 1 through 7-1/4" gauges), they get some wonderful locos running there.
