You could always buy a few other sets to go with it that way the one off fees don't seem so bad when divided by two or three.
Though I thought you may just let the CNC carve it out of a lump of something if you could find drawings or one to measure. His iron is some of the nicest I have machined, very high carbon content which is more like machining the lead of a 4B pencil
I think the foundry must use oil bound sand as the surface texture is also almost non existant.
