Very pretty engine!  And it runs well too!
I've never made an IC engine (yet!) but they look quite difficult to get running based on what I read about here.

You may of noticed the carburettor is at 90 degrees , it should be at the bottom but it was
dripping fuel and there did not seem to be enough venturi  to draw the fuel up.

The tank is quite high so that could explain the dripping. If it won't suck then a smaller dia carb or a sleeve inside the existing one will increase the air velocity which created a higher vacuum

That runs really nicely 'kendo'  :ThumbsUp: and starts readily too. Like Jason I had the drawings when published in Model Engine Builder - have a sneaking feeling I parted with them sometime ago too  ::) Damn!
