AH NUTS
« on: July 02, 2020, 09:26:59 PM »
Hello Everyone

This afternoon I needed some 3/8-16 nuts for the stops on my Bridgeport Mill. I had been using a couple from my Teco Hold Down Set but I needed all of them for a rather complicated setup so.

Why buy them for $1.49 each at the tool store, which is open but you can't go in, but you have a bin full of scrap steel rod, a big expensive lathe, and most of the tooling required to make something. So you spend the afternoon making some. I made an extra one because I know that I will need another one sooner or later.

Make it don't Buy It

Thanks for looking

Jack
