Too many drawers!  I'd never find anything if was put into a drawer.  Oh, and what's that red stick with fibers on the end of it?   Never had one in my shop.

Seriously; you have made a nice comfortable place to work the way you like it.   Looks like you packed a lot into some compact space.

Clearly you are running short of space. I could help out there and find a new home for that mill ;D.

I do like the drawers, one cannot have too many drawers. The only thing that seems to be missing is daylight :o and swarf :ShakeHead:.

Definitely a bit tight in there Dave, but all that wasted space!!

I ran out of floor area years ago, so I store everything up the walls, that is most probably the way you should go. A rack here, a little shelf there, they make great storage areas.

I agree John....could use some shelves....I have a bunch...but they need a purge...but it hard to reach the shelves over the machines and the bench.....

Surely you can move the rarely or occasionally used tooling and items to another room?
If you're always in the shop...the living room must be empty.
Or a room you're almost certainly to be in sometimes so you can be reminded of what you have.
No...not the bedroom since you're in the shop. Use the kitchen. You gotta eat.

Looks good to me and if it works for you that's what matters.  Hmmmm....thinking that that cubby where the black tool chest is in picture #3, would be perfect for a mini fridge though, suitably stocked of course :)
