Hi Jo

Aah! Nice one .....  8)    Afraid it would crucify my back  :'(

Excused myself spud digging ....started to rain a bit earlier on and is  absolutely hissing down now ..

Decided to use some bits of alloy tube and other off-cuts to make a weather vane     Why do they call them that? They don't tell you what the weather is, just, hopefully, the wind direction   :headscratch:

Nice ride Jo and I love the bonnet badge too. Too bad they put the steering wheel on the wrong side though  :lolb:.  Enjoy your newfound mobility  :)

Great looking ride!  I still have my '06 one, they are a lot of fun. Though I have not converted mine to steam or hit and miss like you might...

Nice ride. Nice picture.

Would be even better with the driver in it.  :naughty:

Thanks Guys

I am still learning about her and there may be a few trips out required before the snow  sets in.

Would be even better with the driver in it.  :naughty:

Very difficult to do Surus has not yet mastered use of a camera and I am not a fan of letting myself be photographed  :hellno: The best you can hope for is for one of the other members to take a photo of me when we go out acquiring castings for the day  ::)

Hi Jo,
Just showed R the new badge, she laughed! She also like the look of your new toy! R has a Mazda 3 hatch in racing red...racing to look at & racing it is!
Still can’t figure out how you intend to get the plowing engines in the boot!

Cheers Kerrin

I was also looking for the red colour but there are not many of them and as they brought out a slightly updated model two weeks ago the dealer gave me a huge discount  :naughty: to take this older model off his hands

That is why I have kept the Pug - little Station Waggon. For the sum of less than a bottle of wine a week I have the choice of two different types of vehicle and if you ask some people they think that drinking less wine is good for me  :noidea:

I am disappointed in you a YL. With a history of riding iron

You would have gone for something like a Ducati Desmodronic and a some nice red leathers to match.

As your Minx only have room for small casings you would not have lost much

Ah the thrill of the open road flys in your teeth ( opps they use full face brain buckets now a day ) just don’t sneeze 🤧

Enjoy your new ride hope you get your mojo back with it

Stuart
My aim is for a accurate part with a good finish

Sadly my back does not let me ride café racers any longer Stuart  :-\ And no one would want to see me in skin tight leathers any more :hellno:

I might have problems with Minx and castings the first pair of flywheels I am planning to pick up are a bit big for the boot  So casting purchases will have to be a little more restrained if I take her  ::)

Looks like we will be going as JB suggested to Amberley today, which will also give me a chance to test drive the sound system  :naughty:
