I too woke up this morning and, like you Stuart, I took that as a good sign.

Jo,

When you say pension money, I guess you really mean casting funds.

Luckily, touch wood, my health is good, other than arthritis and currently torn ligament in left hand.

I mean the company index linked final salary pension which if I managed to get them to pay it today would be sufficient to cover the basics: food, wine, council tax, Utilities and still have a modest entertainment allowance :embarassed:

The new posh go faster cars, machinery upgrade, workshop extension :-X and casting fund money is in a safe place ready for when the opportunity arises  :mischief:

So that's why there is no room for castings under your mattress ;)

i too must apologise to my neighbours for the noise a few evenings ago.

decided id finish off cladding my new workshop wall one evening after work. i was quite pleased to get it finished so quickly, until i looked at the clock and realised it was 9:30 PM  :facepalm2:

good job i didn't have the big chop saw out side, im sure the hammering was loud enough
one day ill finish a project before starting another!
