The compressor is in the closet as shown on the attached PDF file. Currently in addition to the plumbed outlets shown yesterday, there is a plumbed outlet overhead just to the left of the mill as well. I may look at extending this over the area where the Sherlines will reside also as another drop connection from overhead.

For a test bench for engines, I will likely still use the little California Air Compressor as a separate supply for that purpose.

That's a great place for it!  I have a feeling you've told us that before, I just didn't remember!)

Looking at your floor plan, the only issue I see is that the fridge is so far from the other bench - you may need to add a second fridge to your shop.  That way you don't have so far to go to get refreshments!

Looking good Bill!

Ya think Dave?  :lolb:

Bill

I dont know for sure Bill...you know how vague people can be on forum posts...hard to tell what they really want to say... :thinking:

To be a little more vague...PAINT IT!

In fact, paint one wall a different color (accent wall). Makes the room look larger...not that it needs to.

P.S. Paint it now. You'll be hanging even more stuff off the walls and that'll make it more difficult.
Awwww Zee I was thinking the same thing. Bill those walls look good buddy and all that nice equipment
you keep adding is a treat but a good coat of paint.......just saying mine you.... :stickpoke:

I leaning with Cletus. The lodge type look. Warm and inviting. Guys there is plenty of light now,  more than there ever was in my mold making days. The paint point is taken and if ever needed can still be done. Once painted though it can't be undone. For now I am happy the way it is.

I have never had the opportunity to 'design' the appearance of a shop. Who'd a thunk of it? :ShakeHead:

But a 'lodge' atmosphere is what I would go for as opposed to the 'industrial' look...

Put me in the "lodge look" camp Bill.  My shop room is white and I've thought about painting it a darker color.

Or just buy more dark colored machines and tools to put up against the walls? :)

Doesn't the lodge look require log cabin or a 6" pine wall sort of thing? :mischief:
