That is going to be a mighty fine bathroom for the shop, Bill.  I'm thinking you need the sleeping room for you, not the elves.  Then you won't have to bother to go in the house when you get tired!  You'll have all the amenities right there with you   Even the Nylabone!

A bath room is a must I know I had no regrets when I put one in mine. Looking good Bill!

Not much to report. The bathroom tile is down and just needs grouting now. Lowe's will be delivering all the larger items including the new countertops on Saturday. Once I can get those put in, things can start getting better organized.

Ceramic Cletus. Should outlast me.  Still pondering on the bathroom walls though. The new office throne will arrive Saturday too  :lolb:

Countertops are post formed Formica. The last ones lasted and wore very well but going for a new look this time. The house on the other hand will be granite.

Top of the list for me.

Hi Bill,
Coming on well..... I guess a tree outside the shop door in your climate isn’t an option...... :lolb:

Ok down this end of the world the tilers don’t tell you that grout is porous, & it’s extra to seal it.....  :cussing: but they also don’t tell you that the seal they use has a “life”  I found a company that has sealing product that you can have in just about any colour you like, & it lasts  :whoohoo: once you decided  on the colour you pays your dollars & they come & its done. It doesn’t let any thing thru...... our dog got old & during the night ...... well you can fill in the blanks, so when the under floor kicked in the perfume wasn’t that great! I dug the grout out & had it replaced & sealed by these guys problem solved!

Cheers Kerrin
Get excited and make something!

True enough Kerrin. I have some sealer, but may change to one that mixes into the grout in place of the water. It is supposed to be more permanent as you describe. I can always add the surface sealer on top too if needed or for extra protection.

Here is the countertop. And yes I know the colors will likely hide small brass parts that drop on to it and I considered that, but I just like it so I will live with that consequence.

Bill,
I hate to correct you but I think the shop gnomes will do fine hiding brass parts without your help, thank you. :lolb:
