I'm searching for information if castings kit or drawings of beautiful Thomas & Smith Economy hot air water pumping engine is available from some source?

Can't help with a source Perry, but would love to see a picture of one. Is it anything like the Rider Ericsson?

Quite an interesting engine Perry, it does have some similarities to the RE, but different enough to be very enticing as well.
