Anyone familiar with this ebay barstock engine ?

I thought it looked quite attractive and worth adding to the 'to do' list if I could get the plans.

The photos show it as called a Vulcan engine but searches just throw up the Vulcan beam engine.

Thanks, I've ordered the plans. For £4 with postage they have to be worth a look.
