And over this side of the world we had cyclone in Darwin and bush fires in coastal lower NSW and SE Victoria. Quite a few houses and farm stock lost in both places which is sad but so far no reports of lives lost a bit of a blessing I guess.
Still prefer it here though with all those problems rather than cold wet snow stuff.
