Just finished my tool post grinder for my Sherline lathe. Made from a piece of 13/4 round 2 inches long and a piece of 3/4 by 5/8 bar. Bored out the round to 1 inch to accept the Foredom hand piece. Cut a shallow keyseat for the bar. Attached bar with two screws. Added two set screws to hold the hand piece in place. Milled out the bar to fit the tool post.
