Keep us updated.

Just had a friend fall...shattered a lower leg bone, broke the other, and dislocated a hip.
Very dangerous stuff as you get older.

How'd you fall? I hope it wasn't one of those ...geez that was stupid...moments.

Well that doesn't sound like any fun at all Dave. Hope it mends quickly and doesn't lay you up for too long.

Sorry to hear that Dave!  The ambulance ride must have been quite exciting  :o
Hope it isn't too serious and that you can recover quickly.

Bad luck Dave. Hope you knee repairs itself quickly.

Did you get out before paying?

Well that's the pits Dave. A fall like the should of at least rated a helicopter ride!  :naughty: Hope you get healed up soon.

Hope the A&E sorted you out quick.... Over here you can be waiting for hours  :ShakeHead:

Look after yourself and you will be back to W**k  :toilet_claw: in no time at all. In the mean time I can recommend some swarf therapy and a bit of casting fondling on a Wallaby  ::)

Did you get out before paying?

I would have thought that was the least they could do... slippery floor sounds like "unsafe" to me.

Pleased the scar has healed up Stuart but not on the cancer  :toilet_claw:  :censored:

As for Surus' escape wound due to the nature of the incision I now have what my doctor terms a "Surgical Hernia"

Jo

P.S. What did I say a few months back about the old ones whenever they meet up discussing who is surviving with the worse medical condition  :lolb:  :old:  :old:

Sorry to hear about your fall ?Dave.

That helicopter/ambulance ride I had a few years ago cost $33,000.00 for 15 minutes. There were 6 or 7 ambulance rides associated and the destination was not to vacation.

Get well quickly.
