Toby, I was able to save both logos from your link as jpeg images. You can then insert them into a word document (see the .pdf below) and then use the handles for each image to size them appropriately to your engine's scale. As Jason said, these can then be printed on clear mylar 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheets available at most office supply places (Avery or similar brand). With careful trimming the mylar film (which isn't totally clear) can be minimized. This is best done with a color laser printer though. Since the sheets are not cheap you maw want to print as many of each logo on a sheet as you can and save them. They will eventually wear over time but I did this on the B&S engine in my avatar and it doesn't look bad at all

Hi Toby, I don’t know if you keep up with other posts, but I was at a show recently and was interested to see a fully restored hit and miss engine called an IHC Famous.

I remembered your project so took a couple of pictures for you and your dad.  (In the post on the Orford show.)

When I had another look at your thread, I had obviously remembered the name but not the engine.  Judging by the stickers, it was the same name and company, but obviously a different design.  Perhaps the same name was continued as designs developed over the years.  But if they are of any interest to you I can send you the photos that I have, such as they are.

Hello and thank you.

I will see again with the stickers. Dear without stickers, than with bad ones.

Yes, I have seen the images of the IHC Famous after the reference.
It is, however, a horizontal machine.
We build the IHC Famous Vertical.
But I would also be happy about these pictures.

Attached still the current state of the engines.

Toby there are pictures of the vertical engines in those links that have the logo on them where I said as well as on the cooling tank and battery box

That might be the case, but it is already a very attractive engine  :praise2:

Hi Toby, those two are really running well.  Always good to see the first run of an engine, let alone two together.  And the engines are really looking great.  Beautiful work by both you and your father.

Does that mean you don’t need the third one now?  Or did it get dropped off earlier in the thread?

Will these each get a pump to drive?

Hello,

the third engine is not yet running because the inlet valve is not tight.
He will be running soon.

What my father would like to do with the third engine, I would have to ask  ::)

Yes, exactly, these motors are supposed to drive the water pumps.
I'm still thinking about how to mount the motors with the truck and the pumps on a board, for example.
It would be nice if you could change the pumps.
Then you could also drive our generator.

Hello,

last weekend in Dortmund was the InterModellBau exhibition.
Unfortunately, the exhibition is getting smaller every year.
There my dad was able to exhibit the IHC's for the first time.
It was a good opportunity to get the engines running.
Meanwhile, the water tanks were built.
But there is still something to do.
