Hello,

with the IHC it goes on.
All three water tanks were turned, the "lid" with the grid is still missing.
The chassis was also continued.
All parts have been powder coated.

I accidentally saw a clutch pulley. That would be good for the IHC.
Are there possibly drawings, sketches of the function?

Hello,

the green engine is not mine. It's the video where I saw this clutch pulley.
For this I am looking for more information.

Hello,

I once drew something for pictures that I found.
Some parts are not clear to me yet, because I have no pictures of.
Basically, the function of the clutch is given.

Hello,

The carts of all three IHC's have now been completed.
The nuts and bolts were made of 6mm square material.
I think it's very similar to the original.

Hello,

With our small engines that were built before the IHC Famous, we pulled rubber over the wheels of the handcart rubber of a bicycle hose.
I did not like it that much.
That's not how it should be at IHC.

Since I had some time ago poured polyurethane, there were bonnets rubber for my vintage car, came up with the idea to pour tires themselves.

I started with a 3D printing form. Picture 1-3.
Since the individual layers were clearly visible, I milled a mold in plastic. Picture 4-6.
I filled the molds with a syringe. Here is a test with soft silicone.

Since a lot of air is stirred in by stirring the two polyurethane components, the air unfortunately collects at the top in the mold.
Picture 7.

After some search on the Internet, I have milled a new master model, I have now molded with silicone.
From these shapes, the model can be better solved later.
Picture 8-16.
In the first plastic mold, the tire broke during demoulding because the mold was more stable than the tire.

In addition, I bought a vacuum pump with vacuum chamber. Picture 17.
Before it is poured, the air bubbles are drawn out of the mixture. Never thought it was such a difference.

Meanwhile, the result looks very good. Picture 18-20.
Now I can pour 12 pieces of each tire.
