1st problem is having stuff to put in the drawers. Hadn't really thought of that.
Sort of like buying your first lathe. Gotta get all the tools and fixin's.

I think my only complaint is the need to lift the lid to unlock drawers. I can defeat that on the 4 drawer (I think) but haven't seen a way to do it on the 11 drawer.

My Kennedy tool box is like that.  It was particularly annoying since I keep a large plastic tray on top of the box to hold other tools.

I solved the problem by cutting two lengths of PVC pipe to a length such that, stuck in the top compartment, they prevent the top from closing far enough to engage the drawer lock.  The lid is almost closed when sitting on the PVC so the tools in the top bin are still protected.

2) Either the 1/2" bolts aren't 1/2" or I got a dud set of 1/2" Craftsman wrenches. Tight but got it.

probably 13 mm.  1/2"  almost fits but not quite.
