Put a zero behind the one then we will believe

After all zero by itself is nothing

My aim is for a accurate part with a good finish

Something for you about-to-be-retirees to shoot for...

If I can manage to live another 12 years, I will have been retired for as long as I worked, 33 years.  At a current age of 76, 12 years  would make me 88.  My sister lived to 88 and my mother made it to 94 so there's a good chance I'll be able to do it.

With your attitude towards life and people...I have no doubt.  ;D

Re: Retirement...I have a 4 tier plan:

1st Tier: Give two week notice Jan 2nd. That gets me into the next year and eligible for bonus. That might buy me the rotary table I realized I need.
2nd Tier: Two weeks prior to May 11. I turn 65 the next day. (Pay no attention to that kid to the left.)
3rd Tier: Anytime from now...screw it...I'm out of here. I'm bored, tired, and pissed off at management.

The most important tier...

4th Tier: As soon as T is comfortable with my retiring...3rd Tier is triggered.

I dearly hope that occurs sooner rather than later. No good retiring with a concerned spouse.
Carl (aka Zee) Will sometimes respond to 'hey' but never 'hey you'.

You need to record some subliminal messages for her movies... "Tell Carl to retire... You want him to retire..."
