Kim, congratulations on completing this excellent build.  The paint really just adds to it.  It really makes it "pop".

Thanks Roger,
I do feel quite pleased with the whole thing!
Now all I have to do is find the time to actually steam it up once and prove to myself that it works as intended! :)

Hi again Kim, after going through your A3 thread I needed to see how you did the Traction engine, again really enjoyed all the detail you put into both the successes and the hiccups, and the solutions. It is always great to learn new things from reading these threads, so thanks for all your effort.

If you can imagine it you can build it

Kim, I joined MEM when I was building my Burrell and imediatly followed your build as a contrast in size.  I have enjoyed every part of it and the way you have mastered every technique required.  Now that it is painted you have every reason to be extremely proud of it. In my opinion a little bit of oil and some heat discolouring ADDS to a model. I love this tractor and look forward to seeing it in steam. Very well done  :praise2:   Terry

Thanks Terry,
Yeah, I've still got to steam it up!  I got onto my new project and haven't gotten back to playing with this one.
I'll do it someday - when the mood strikes me.  I guess as long as I'm having fun, that's the point, right? :)
Thanks for the kind comments,
Kim
