Hoglet flywheel centres
« on: June 08, 2017, 09:32:33 PM »
Hello, does anybody have any hints to give on how to cut the 0.030 inch wide slot between the two 0.375 holes in the steel centres of the flywheel. Slitting saw wont go all way through and using a hacksaw seems a little crude. Any suggestions? Thank you Trevorc

I will check tonight. If I remember right, than I have used a 20x0,5 mm slitting saw from both sides.
The reamaining material in the center was cut away like Jason said.

Kind Regards
