New to theforum and hobby

Hello new boy well old man now retired with a bit of time on my hands not a lot grandkids garden but have just got 2 lathes a very nice Atlas 10 f and an old Portess have had a love of steam all my life as a kid back in the 50's steam trains where the norm.
Going to read all blogs on the forum and will need some help would be nice to make some small steam engines.  Andy :help:

Welcome Andy and thanks for the introduction. We are a helpful bunch so don't be afraid to ask questions. Its a great hobby and I hope you will find much inspiration here as you get started.

Welcome to the madhouse....Yes we like pictures (tool porn rules here) :Lol: Its a good idea to put your general location as it makes it easier to recommend places to see when looking to buy tooling, parts etc. you can trust us we don't stalk people...we most of us anyway :lolb:
