Lathe Carriage Position Indicator
« on: January 02, 2017, 11:19:50 PM »
I can't get this thing to post!!! There has to be some kind of trouble with the forum software. I have seen others complaining about inability to make posts with pictures in them, and now it has happened to me.

What I've been doing with my photo's is take them at normal resolution...which with my Samsung...is like ridiculously high.

Then I open the file up in Microsoft "PAINT"

I then click on "Resize" and check off "Maintain aspect ratio"

and I shrink them down to 25% or original.

Seems to work for me so far

The file is no bigger than any other file with pictures that I have posted on this forum before. All of my picture files are saved to and automatically resized by Photobucket. I currently post on three different forums. File size has never been an issue before.

Brian, are you getting Internal server error? Or Session Timeout? Or both?

Internal Error has been reported before on SMF forum, relating to Attacchments: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=548975.msg3893336#msg3893336. Typical response seems to be to ask the hosting provider what the error cause is.
