Dave I ran into a problem with you XL spread sheet. I have office 2003 and it doe not support XLXS format. Resave it in XLS format and repost. Select save as and change file type and resave.

Thanks Dave, and thanks Bob. I will run some test on it just to make sure all of the formulas tags are working. I don't know how much different the formulas tags are with the newer software, but I hope saving it to 2003 takes care of this.

Shouldn't be any difference at all Don....I checked both versions and they verify just fine.

Dave there is a adjustment screw for that, but I haven't had much luck getting it out. I going to have to disassemble it and see how the thing works and maybe get it adjusted right.

Hi Dave, I have not finished my gear yet. I did do as you said and finish cutting the bad gear with good results so I am keen on making my gear. Just have to wait till work has slowed down. I will post once I start again.
