Robinson Hot Air Engine
« on: October 03, 2016, 01:08:56 AM »
Hi

I am collecting some information in anticipation of building a Robinson hot air engine from Keely’s castings.  I acquired some of the castings, sans the burner base and flywheel.

I also have a set of prints, a write up by Brad Smith on changes he made to get the engine to work, and a set of original Robinson drawings in JPEG format real small.

The original drawings are labeled L. Gardner & Son Ltd.  No 5 Air Engine.    There are four jpegs.  I have searched this site looking for a reference to the source of the jpegs I have.   I spent several hours trying to find them on internet but no luck.

I would like to find the source so I might be able to get a little higher quality pictures so I could blow it up and read the prints a little better.  What I have is a help, but better quality would be an asset.

Anyone have these or can give me a lead?

Thanks

Bob
