I'll be there too on the Friday with the old man.

I'll probably go Friday or possibly Sunday if I don't get rid of this 'autumn sniffles' or whatever it is I've got.

Feel knackered, shoving stuff about to accommodate my new SIEG SC3 coming tomorrow.

Ultimately to be my 'house lathe'. Thought I'd indulge seeing as ARC are having a '10% off Web Orders' episode at the moment.

I love models,  however,  don't think I could drive by Aston Martin and Jaguar without stopping   :lolb:

A quick reminder a couple of us will be in the catering area (down stairs by the traction engine running area) at 11:30 for a coffee and a chin wag. You are welcome to join us.

I'm bringing Jaffa cakes  :naughty:

Went there yesterday. The diversion signs for the model show are smaller finger post ones but they have the normal large yellow diversion route signs which take you right to the entrance.

Jo  at £4 for a sausage bap your Jaffa cakes will not last long.

My friend Rob and I are hoping to be at the show on Saturday from eleven o'clock onwards. A chance to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. As well as stock up on a few shortages.

My best regards
Gray,

Hoping to go tomorrow.
Are the road works people have discussed only affecting the Fosse Way south of the venue?  I was intending getting there using the Fosse Way north of Leamington.

Steve:

Driving Fosse Way / A423 / A45 / M69 etc. fairly clear when I came back @ 12:30 ish. today.
Odd bits of delay but nothing too gruesome.
My Satnav however, on the way down, screwed me up at the end of the Coventry Eastern Bypass, sent me to the wretched airport ...  >:(

Must have got baffled in the road-works . Anyway, a few disciplinary profanities and it worked fine on the return journey

:headscratch: Not sure what happened to Mike B but five of us sat down for Jaffa cakes at 11:30 :).

If you kept your eyes open there were a few new engines this year. There were the Clarkson engines on the Blackgates stall (yes Mike they will sell all the missing castings  you just need to make contact) the small vertical which is very reasonably priced and its more expensive big sister.

Then there were some pumps
