RJH Trim Tool / Ferret grinder. Run wet?
« on: September 21, 2016, 12:47:22 PM »
Hi All,

I have an RJH Trim Tool with a diamond wheel.

I plan to take light cuts on a carbide tool I made to clean up marks left by the 150 grit wheel I'm using in my Clarkson T&C grinder.

One thing I have always wondered about the Trim Tool is if the wheel is supposed to run in the coolant ?

(stock photo but mine is identical)

And if so.. what coolant?  Ordinary suds?

Thanks,

 Wilson.
