OK Captain,  I know you've been plotting a course;  are you about ready to file a flight plan for the next leg(engine)?  Zee, I have only been scared two times while in command of an aircraft: my first power on stall and once when I "temporarily misplaced the airport ", it ain't like you can pull over and ask for directions  :lolb:. Model railroad,  have you read Crubey's Shay thread  :stir: :stir::mischief: :lolb:

Ah yes...........power on departure stall practice..............not fun!   :o
Also, when I got back to taking lessons 3 years ago my instructor took me up to do spin training in her airplane before I bought my Cessna 150. The spins were a little bit un-nerving, but I think what worried me the most is that we were doing them in her 1941 Interstate Cadet!

I kept having visions of the wings still being up in the air and we weren't!   :disappointed:

Jim

PS: Eric................ I'm getting closer to filing my "New Engine Project" flight plan.
