Wow, with all that heating area that boiler should be a real high producer! Beautiful work.

I was a little worried when I spotted those std plumbing corners but then realised that it was just a support jig while you were doing the silver soldering of the tubes.

What sort of pressure are you planning to run this at Thierry?

Bonjour Thierry, This is an interesting variation on the Yarrow type. Your pipe bending appears precise. As you solder into the drum first rather than form the tubes first, could you show and describe your method. Also, it would be helpful if you could provide dimensions. While we have to follow our respective countries boiler codes it would be good to know sizes so we can appreciate the proportioning as an aid to designing our own. What size engine, (cylinders), do you consider this boiler capable of supplying continuously? Regards, Paul Gough.

Hello everybody,
I bent the tubes one after one on a half cut hard wooden pulley.
I work about 50 psi with feed pump and 15cc engine or turbine.

Awsome work, congratulation et salut Thierry !
There is something I dont get in the way the small water tubes are bended around the main boiler and how the rectangular frame is removed ?
 Cheers

Salut Zephyrin,
The rectangular frame is cut and removed before bending tubes.
