Good Day from Namibia

Good Day Everybody!

My name is Arnulf Winsauer. I live in Windhoek, Namibia.
Recently I inherited a Myford ML7 from my dad. It is time to get the lathe working again. At this stage I'm a novice in turning, but hopefully this will change soon.

Hi Arnulf and welcome to the group. There is nothing like hands on learning.  That is how I learned.  There are a couple of members who are also from Namibia.

Arnulf, welcome the longest machinist's apprenticeship, it will last as long as you have a lathe and a workshop, we all learn something as we go, I'v only been going 20 odd years, and I'v got a lot to learn yet.
