I can only send my best wishes to you and your family. A good mate of mine with a brain tumour has done the diet thing. He's still here a year after he was given 6 months, looks ridiculously healthy, and no sign of it coming back. Fingers crossed for Ava, which is my favourite nieces name. Hugh.

It's hard to know what to say other than my prayers for a complete recovery. When it's one of your children, the stress must be tremendous. All of us are here for you. Anything. Anytime.
Best,
Stan

Dave,
I am so sorry to hear the news about your daughter.  I can't imagine what you and your family are facing right now, but there is nothing worse than the feeling that you can't protect your children.

We will hold you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.  Please pass our support along to your wife, daughter, and son.  You will all need an extra measure of strength through this.
Kim

Best wishes for you and for a complete recovery for your daughter. I had a "scare" around 1980 where my lymph nodes became enlarged, but it was found to be Toxoplasmosis, which apparently I got from my cat, and it resolved itself. Our Governor Larry Hogan had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and his treatment seems to have been fully effective. In 2001 my first colonoscopy found a cancerous polyp, which was successfully removed and I have been "clean" ever since and I did not need chemo or radiation. There are an abundance of success stories, and I'm sure your daughter will be one of them. Stay strong and positive!

PET scan results came back today!    it is good news!   We caught it early, and it's all above the diaphragm.      Very happy!
