Thanks Stan! Glad to get the faces and names.

Course...everybody would know a Cletus when they see one.  :lolb:

Yeah. She's wondering why I'm still awake. I'm usually snoring away on the couch at this time.

Might be the excitement of NAMES.
Might be the horror of that tu-tu pic.

But it's probably that I've taken 5 naps today trying to get over this stinking hacking cold.

I had a great time at NAMES; including the pleasure of meeting Eric (Cletus), Art K, Kirk (kvom), Brian (Toolznthings), & George B. I also got to visit with the guys who I had met previously; Maury, Stan and Tim (tvoght). I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to visit with Steve Hucks or Ron Ginger.

In this picture from Stan, Roland Morrison (center), Karl Gross, and I are getting a lesson from Rich Carlstadt (Left) on how he created some of the forged and machined parts on his beautiful Monitor engine. Rich is an amazingly talented guy.

Here is a link to most of the pictures I took at the show. Some are form Friday and some from Saturday. We were traveling on Sunday. Please ignore the duplicates.

Thanks for the pics Dave! Looks great.

I'm not going to wait for retirement (unless it happens sooner than planned). I'll be there next year.
So you all be sure to show up again.

Got about half way through the pics before something happened. I'll check again later.

Loads of nice engines, models, etc. That black lathe is something.

Wish I could have gone to the show. I'm sure it was a great show by the pictures I've seen. I would have liked to see some new friend from the forum. I'm a little far south to have attended as I'm enjoying the heat on Sunny Mexico.  Hope all made it home safe and sound

Damn, Reeves. If NAMES hadn't been so much fun, I'd almost be annoyed with your hardship vacation.
You also missed Fred's Gun Day. Get with the program
Best,
Stan

Dave

Hi Dave, thanks for the pictures and the album. I am happy to get some impressions about your shows there at the other side of the pond.
Kind Regards
Achim
