Hi Pavel, excellent progress. Do you have a CAD model of your boiler ?
May be you can show us a sectional representation of the whole thing.
I admire the effort you put in this build.
Kind Regards
Achim

Hi Fumopuc,
i have a whole boiler in autocad, but it's not the same. I really do not know if it will work.

Hello Pavel - I have just (quickly) read through this thread for the first time from the start and must congratulate you on a stunningly awesome amount of work.  Your fabrication of the engine to running condition is inspirational indeed - I truly admire your approach and attention to detail :praise2:

This will certainly be one superb steam plant once you have it finished  .

I will return later to study your thread in much more detail  :)

Morning Pavel......I had read this build since the first posting......small question..

Have you used stainless steel tube material for super heater or in boiler shell previously?
Stainless steel seems so unforgiving  in distortion due to localised heating
I am unsure of the consequences of this?

Hello,

I apologize for my English. I calculate the deformation of stainless steel components. The entire interior will be hung up with the upper pipe. There will be enough dilettats there. The exam will show everything.

Awesome Rarach.

Did you make those bricks yourself? How?
