Hi pavel,

You have me thinking now.  Does two sets of castings at this stage mean the complete set is two more engines plus the boiler???  I will need a heap more popcorn for that lot!

Looking forward to that boiler too.  It will be a challenge.  And all your beautiful piping to top it all off.

Hi Pavel,

No apology needed.  What you have written is quite clear and so much better than I can do in any other language.  Your contribution and courage to try is very much appreciated.

That governor action is very clever.  At last I can see something of how it works.  I assume its effectiveness compares very well with those that adjust a throttle valve with tiny ball weights on a small radius.  It makes for a very interesting engine.

Really great looking piping Pavel. What do you use to protect the shine?

Pavel, When I see a beautiful and practical, (to do real work), like this one I keep thinking of making a steam powered Sherline lathe. Maybe you could publish or sell copies of the engine drawings?  Thanks for the link to the steam olympiad, very interested to see European steam model activity. I would like to know what you think is the best speed, (revolutions), for this model. Looking forward to see it running on steam. Regards, Paul Gough.
